On 13 November, Ambassador Yamanaka paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa, President of Zimbabwe, at the State House. Both reaffirmed their commitment to further developing the friendly bilateral relations between Japan and Zimbabwe. Ambassador Yamanaka is due to complete his term and depart Zimbabwe shortly.
