On February 17, Ambassador Maekawa received a courtesy call from Mr. Eiji Okumura, Deputy Branch Manager at Western Japan Regional Branch of Dai Nippon Construction and colleagues. The company is implementing the Road Improvement of the Northern Part of the North-South Corridor (Makuti-Chirundu Section).
The Ambassador was briefed that the project is progressing smoothly with a Zimbabwean contractor and exchanged views the company’s business development in Africa.
The Embassy will continue to support infrastructure development that contribute to Zimbabwe’s development.
