2026/10/8
On 10 October, the Embassy of Japan in Zimbabwe will co-host the Japanese Ambassador’s Judo Cup 2026 with the Judo Association of Zimbabwe (JAZ). The tournament has been co-hosted annually by the Embassy and JAZ since 2015, and it has become a major Judo tournament in the country. The Embassy hopes that this tournament will help Judo athletes improve their skills and motivation, as well as contribute to the development of sports exchanges between Japan and Zimbabwe through Judo, a traditional Japanese martial art.
